We also need a copy of your child's Baptismal Certificate, even if he or she was baptized at St. Peter's.

If you are NOT a member of St. Peter's Parish we ask that you please complete a Parish Registration form. It can be found under "About Us" on this website.

If you are a member of the Parish, your family ID is the number on the envelopes sent to you each month.
